66E are designed for use in peristaltic pump applications.

Initial testing results with 135C tubing confirm that the peristaltic life cycle exceeds 500 hours.
Softer version of Flexelene ™ 135C with a lower Shore A hardness of 54.
121C is autoclavable to 250 °F (121 °C)
Withstands temperatures that approach 275 °F.
